You hear it all the time: “Our people are our greatest resource.” At MG Communications, we actually mean it, for the simple reason that we are “our people.” That’s because our founding members chose to work together and form the backbone of our team. We had our own successful businesses and careers, but we got together to put into practice our shared belief that we can build a superior marketing organization. This wasn’t merely wishful thinking. We’ve worked together before, and we genuinely enjoyed the experience. We like to think our unusual camaraderie, close teamwork, hands-on experience, and collective sense of fun shows in our work and benefits our clients.
